"Most of us would have to use incredible restraint to keep our caloric intake that low". . ..is it bad that my first reaction was "it's really *not* that hard" when I read that line from that article.
I always read the same stuff about metabolism and not eating 1200/day cals. . .but I don't know that I ever really buy into it, you know? I don't know. I know that if I eat like that, I gain and feel nasty and bloated. If I eat like that and exercise sometimes I stay the same and sometimes I still feell gross. If I eat under that. . .like 500 or less a day I lose and when I fast I lose very quickly. The longest fast I ever pulled off was 22 days and 20 lbs came off in that time. So, I don't know. . .it's tough to trust that kind of article when you live something else, you know? It's aggrivating.
