Celexa made my eyes dialate too. Come to find out I am bipolar so the higher the dose the weirder I would become. I had so much anxiety and then I would be super happy & the world was great another minute, & then I figured why bother living? We are all going to die anyways - and this was in the span of say 5 hours. The anxiety was the worst though & I was snappy. I can't take an antidepressant alone and after everything that happened to me while on them alone, I am a bit scared of them. If I do take an antidepressant in combination with some other psych drug it has to be the lowest dose. I take a mood stabilizer called lamictal and feel really calm and my eyes stopped randomly dialating. Now people do not think I am on drugs.
